When can I expect a response from NEAS?

NEAS is committed to providing excellent service to its stakeholders (including current and future centres, government departments and agencies, peak bodies, teachers, students, business owners and agents).

NEAS representatives will respond to stakeholders in a timely and helpful manner within the following timeframes.  Delays may occur where service levels require further attention or where stakeholder documentation is required.
