Daniel has worked for 14 years in English language teaching and education management and has been active in the IELTS community for over 10 years. Alongside his teaching qualifications, he holds a Masters in Project Management from RMIT, and the International Diploma in Language Teaching Management (IDLTM) from Queensland University. During his career in TESOL he has taught a range of programs, most recently English for Academic Purposes, IELTS test preparation, and English for Specific Purposes. His professional interests include educational technology, vocabulary acquisition, and assessment item writing and statistical analysis, including Rasch measurement. He has presented at a number of conferences on these topics, including IATEFL 2016 in Birmingham, UK.
