The draft conference program is available. Plenary Speaker at this year’s conference is Ita Buttrose, AO OBE. Ita is a truly exceptional Australian: a legendary media trailblazer, businesswoman, best-selling author, committed community and welfare contributor and 2013 Australian of the Year.

Ita headlines an inspiring list of speakers and a broad spectrum of key note presentations at this year’s conference, including Professor Michael Andersen from the University of Sydney, Professor Madonna Stinson from Griffith University, The Honorable Michael Lavarch, AO from ASQA and Brett Blacker CEO of English Australia.

mattOlympic Gold Champion diver and diversity advocate Matthew Mitcham, AOM will appear as guest speaker and dinner host at the conference Gala Dinner on Thursday 11 May.  Matthew is also an acclaimed cabaret performer, keynote speaker and author.

He’s also a self-proclaimed perfectionist, and it is that unrelenting quest for personal betterment that has punctuated his life journey of incredible highs and inexplicable lows. Over dinner, Matthew will share with us his own Q Factor – how he overcame his own personal and professional barriers to quality and high performance.
